The Kaniv committee held a successful fundraising dinner at the Sonoma Valley Woman’s Club on May 11th featuring Bar-B-Q dinner provided by the Sonoma Valley Rotary Club, Music by Taras Lumiere, Voices in My Head and ZigZig band. Senator Bill Dodd attended and gave a short speech. Special baseball caps were designed by David Barker and were sold at the event. The total income after expenses from this event was $17,035.80. This amount combined with donations we received from the February 24th Candlelight Vigil allowed us to send $20,000. to Kaniv on May 24th, 2023.
