This is a translation of the letter sent by the Penglai Municipal People’s Government, October 12, 2017, to Mayor Hundley in Sonoma, after they heard about the fires in our area. We thank them for their concern.
The Sonoma-Penglai Committee, on May 16, 2016, attended a special showing of the exhibit of CIRCLE OF ANIMALS / ZODIAC HEADS by Chinese artist Ai Weiwei at the Donum Estate Winery. We saw other outdoor art installations and tasted the excellent wines.
