Gigi Pfleger, Penglai Committee member and SSCA Board member, at the SSCA holiday event in December 2017, donated a home-cooked Chinese dinner for six, in support of SSCA support staff Cheri Burgi, who lost her home and all her belongings in last October’s fires. The lucky auction winners, Janey and Steve Beckerman, and their guests enjoyed a delicious dinner of seemingly endless courses, cooked by Chef Gigi in their home on August 11, 2018. Gigi had help from Penglai Committee members Teresa, Howard and their daughter, Elizabeth. A great time was had by all.
