The Penglai Committee of SSCA celebrated the Chinese New Year of the Dog (a.k.a., Spring Festival) at fabulous Lily Kai’s Chinese Cuisine Restaurant in Petaluma on February 23, 2018. A wonderful time was had by all, due to the great hospitality shown by Lily and her staff. The food was delicious and plentiful and this restaurant is a fitting place for a New Year banquet or a dinner out. Xin Nian Kuai Le! Happy New Year!
