Celebrating the Year of the Dragon!

The Penglai Committee celebrated the ‘Year of the Dragon’ on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Empress M in Napa.  Restaurant owner Margaret Wong, a new member of our committee, arranged a splendid lunar new year menu.  She, unfortunately, could not attend.

We wish everyone a happy, prosperous and peaceful New Year.
