It is with great sadness that I must report the passing of long-time SSCA supporter Irene Morgan. In 2008, Irene was SSCA’s Secretary.  Over the years she was involved in both the Greve and Patzcuaro Sister Cities Committees and loved to throw a party. She believed that food was a common bond for humanity. Just days before her passing I was helping Irene on a project for school. At the age of 70 she was bound and determined to get her Bachelor’s Degree. Her project centered around non-profit organizations and SSCA was her primary focus. Irene will be missed.
