This afternoon Sonoma City Mayor John Gurney, along with other City Council members, County Supervisors, representatives from various state congressional offices, and SSCA Board members welcomed His Excellency Dmytro Kushneruk back to Sonoma to view the ambulance that will be sent to Ukraine as part of the relief effort the Sonoma-Kaniv Sister City Committee has been organizing with the Sonoma community. Also on hand was humanitarian Chris Manson, founder of US Ambulances for Ukraine; his organization will be responsible for getting the ambulance overseas and into Ukraine.
