Five high school students from Tokaj will be visiting Sonoma with their English teacher, Otilia Majer, for two weeks in August. Members of the Sonoma Tokaj Sister Cities Committee will be hosting the group. The students will tour Sonoma, meet with city council members, tour San Francisco, and even drive down to Los Angeles. The students will also tour Sonoma Valley High School, sit in on some classes and meet with members of the Sonoma High Sister Cities Club. The students are very excited about their trip and have expressed interest in how the classes are taught and what the students are learning here. It will be a great opportunity for cultural exchange for all students involved.
